I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate as well as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate under the supervision of Bruce Edstrom, LPC-S, LMFT-S. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with Psychology minor from University of Oklahoma and a Master’s Degree in Biblical Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary.

My background in working with Campus Crusade for Christ (Cru) has uniquely equipped me to walk alongside others through life and exploring how faith is a part of one's journey. I have also received training in various spiritual practices as they relate to personal growth, healing, and connection with God. I love incorporating these into the counseling process.

I work with adults, emerging adults, teenagers, college students, and couples on a variety of issues such as: anxiety, marriage, depression, anger, identity Issues, parent-child issues, spiritual guidance, relational conflict, ministry burn-out, and grief and loss.  

I have also been writing and leading Bible studies for 30 years, and it is one of my greatest passions in life. I love finding new treasures in God’s Word and organizing it in a way to make space for people to process it together. My time at seminary further equipped me for this as Bible and theology classes were part of my degree.
